The One Pager Logic Model is a simple, visual tool that helps you map the pathway from resources and activities to outcomes and long-term impact—all on a single page.
Also known as a Logic Model, Theory of Change, or IAOOI Model (Inputs → Activities → Outputs → Outcomes → Impact), it helps individuals and organisations understand how their work creates change and why it matters.
The one-page format makes it ideal for planning, communicating, and evaluating projects, programmes, initiatives, and strategies in a concise and accessible way.
How to use it
Define the Inputs (resources you need).
Identify the Activities (what you will do).
Describe the Outputs (what you will deliver).
Map the Outcomes (the changes you expect to see).
Define the longer-term Impact you want to contribute to.
Review the logic from left to right and ensure each step supports the next.
