One Slide Business Model Canvas
The One Slide Business Model Canvas is a simplified version of the classic Business Model Canvas that helps you capture the most important elements of a business, project, organisation, or idea on a single page.
It provides a clear overview of how value is created, delivered, and sustained by bringing together customers, activities, resources, partners, costs, and revenue streams in one visual framework.
Whether you’re developing a new idea, improving an existing organisation, or facilitating a workshop, this template helps you quickly organise your thinking and identify connections between different parts of your model.
How to use it
Start with the Value Proposition and Customer Segments to clarify who you serve and what value you create.
Identify the Key Activities, Key Resources, and Key Partners needed to deliver that value.
Define your Customer Relationships and Channels to understand how you engage with and reach your audience.
Complete the Cost Structure and Revenue Streams sections to understand how the model is financed and sustained.
Review the canvas as a whole and discuss how the different building blocks support one another.
