IT Resource Planning Template
This document describes the IT Resource Planning Template, a comprehensive tool for planning and tracking project resources across staffing, equipment, materials, and budget. It guides project managers to allocate resources accurately, monitor gaps, and maintain visibility throughout the project lifecycle.
The template is organized across numbered pages (1–8) with consistent header/footer branding. Each section appears within rounded rectangle containers, topped by clear headers styled as flow-chart terminators for fast scanning.
