Diagrams by Miro helps you to get started with a pre-made diagram. It’s a fully customizable template. If you wish to create a diagram from scratch, delete the pre-made diagram by selecting it with the Selector tool and pressing delete. Go to the diagramming shapes library in the left toolbar, choose the shapes and connector lines you want to use, and start diagramming.

Use connection lines to link different shapes and symbols on your flowchart. Click on the left-side toolbar of your board, select the connection line icon or press the hotkey L to start drawing a connection line directly on your flowchart. To link shapes, click on the blue dots around them to draw the line.
Use Connection lines whenever you need to link different objects on your diagram. Click on the left-side toolbar of your board, select the connection line icon and choose what kind of line you want to make, or simply press the hotkey L to start drawing a connection line directly on your digital whiteboard. To link objects, just click on the blue dots around them and draw the line directly from it to the second object. The Connection lines are great for drawing diagrams, flowcharts, and mindmaps.
Yes. Click on the sticky notes icon on the left toolbar or press hotkey N to add the stickies directly to your board. Use sticky notes to comment and add ideas related to your flowcharting process or to collaborate with others more seamlessly, giving or receiving feedback on the board.
Flowcharts by Miro has a Select tool (the arrow icon at the top of the left toolbar) for selecting items on your board. When you create a flowchart, use the Select tool to move shapes, add connector lines, and bulk edit their details, including color or size, text, and links.
Yes, use Flowcharts by Miro built-in text feature. Double-click the shapes to edit the labels or add text in connector lines.
Yes, you can undo or redo any action you perform on your flowchart board. The undo/redo button is on the left side of your board, directly beneath the toolbar.
To copy shapes on your board, use the select tool by clicking on the arrow button. Select the shape you want to copy and press Command+C (Ctrl+C) to copy and Command+V (Ctrl+V) to paste it.
If you want to name your flowchart, you’ll need to sign up for a free Miro account. Just click the top left corner Miro Lite button and go to Miro sign up.
Flowcharts by Miro allows you to upload images, PDFs, Google Drive documents, and MS Office files. Remember that the maximum file size is 30MB and the full image resolution is 32MP. If you’re in doubt, please read this article. To add files to your board, simply drag and drop them from your folder or desktop.
