Realign and better understand the tasks at hand by using a 'Who, What, When' matrix. Many items in meetings are lost or distributed to participants who may not be clear on the brief. Focusing on the 'who' first connects individuals, uncovering any unmet needs they might have and asking them to be accountable for the task and their team. This task should be used as to 'check-out' at the end of planning and ideation sessions, especially your Impact/Effort prioritization matrix. Leave time at the end of your session to align on goals and outputs.
