Impact/Effort Matrix [Ideation]

An Impact/Effort matrix is a decision-making exercise where potential actions or features are mapped based on two factors; Impact and Effort.

The exercise helps the team understand what goes into a project plan based on evaluating ideas by long and short-term benefits. We use this matrix to assess the potential payoff of the idea vs the cost of committing to it.
