A game-style retrospective to wrap up the year and make decisions about what to take into the next one. It is designed for project teams, but can easily be adapted for operations teams as well.
Gather your team, have everyone pick a pin and then follow the instructions on the game board. The game takes approx. 1,5-2h to play.
