Some days nothing feels possible.  Tasks, projects, goals and missions just feel too big.

We don’t know where to start.

This canvas helps break down the impossible and imposing into achievable and attainable. 

It will highlight personal responsibilities and actions and those that will benefit from help and support.

When to Create a Team Canvas (or Charter or Contract)

• Breaking down a strategy into achievable actions 

• Navigating a path through an organisation with stakeholders

• Consider timescales, the actions with you might be near time, those where you need support from others – will probably take longer
