Team agreement & rituals workshop helps the team to speed up the process of forming commitments to actually living them every day through rituals, experiments & ways of working. It is enriched with an AI sidekick called Psychological safety coach & prepped up with two Flows. Team agreement

Plan about 45 minutes to complete the first frame. Agree on the focus areas with your team before the workshop. Give everyone 3–5 minutes per area to write down their agreements. Once that’s done, read them aloud, group similar ones together if needed, and vote using dots or the voting tool. When you’re ready, just press Run — the team agreement will be generated automatically.

Team rituals

Plan about 20 minutes for the second frame.  If the team is already working together, keep the Continue frame; otherwise, remove it before the workshop.  Give everyone 3–5 minutes to write ideas on how you can live your team agreement day to day.  Read them aloud, group similar ones if needed, then vote using dots or the voting tool.  Move the winning items into the box labeled Voted ideas.  When you’re ready, press Run—you’ll get a clear step-by-step implementation for the voted ideas.
