This playbook was developed as a guide to help product teams begin to approach annual planning.

It includes a set of templates that can be used to present to stakeholders and get buy on a high-level plan before beginning detailed roadmapping.

The idea with this is to focus on both a vision and the key capabilities that teams will deliver to customers vs. tactical features or release calendars.
