Coaching session / exercise: What to focus on today?

The coaching wheel helps you to get overview and talk about a persons progress with themselves, how they function in and as a team and how to run projects. What's challenges, minor issues or what's going well? This can be done with a coach or as a homework before meeting one. We developed this tool as a way to explore the big picture but also to know which of our kits to use when it's time to deep-dive into one of the issues (marked with a black dot).

We make kits that help you to discuss everything from projects to cities. Since 2012 we have created 50+ kits developed with experts, used by people all over the world. The kits break topics into bite-sized cards. So teams can lay everything on the table (or a board in this case), grasp the big picture, and talk about what (really) matters. It's a tool for creative thinking and mind mapping that let you move forward, together.
