Dave Westgarth is Head of Delivery at UnifEye and a passionate advocate
for modern Agile, Lean & AI-powered ways of working. He brings experience across technology, product and delivery roles. From hands-on software development to leadership across industries including AI SaaS, data, and government.
He’s known for turning complex delivery problems into engaging, human-centred solutions often using tools like Miro to design creative retrospectives, planning canvases, and professional development experiences.
Dave regularly speaks at conferences and webinars on Agile, delivery leadership,
and the future of AI in project work. He’s currently exploring the intersection of continuous improvement and identity-based growth through the Harada Method,
a personal development system embraced by Lean leaders and now adapted for digital teams.
When he's not building delivery systems or Miro boards, you’ll probably find him coaching delivery professionals, experimenting with AI workflows, or cheering on Sunderland AFC (sometimes reluctantly).
