In this exercise, we're going to get clarity on your core values – the emotional currency of your life – that guide you when making decisions in both your professional and personal life.
When you choose to live in a way that's aligned to your values, you don't have to spell them out for people. For example, if you value generosity and people comment on how giving you are of yourself, you know are living this value in an authentic way.
Once that's done, it's time to have some fun... with your very own playbook for life. This exercise is inspired by Lulu Lemon founder Chip Wilson’s Code.
As a final step, you'll create your personal mission statement – to keep you aligned to your north star as you navigate life.
