Christmas/New Year Ice Breaker for Teams

This icebreaker is designed for use during the pre-Christmas and New Year period. The idea is that each team member decorates a Christmas tree on their designated frame using stickers, emojis, or GIFs to express their emotions, highlights, or experiences from the past year.

The activity takes 3-5 minutes at the start of the meeting. Once everyone has decorated their trees, each team member briefly shares why they chose specific decorations and what they mean.
