What competence does a team need?
If you want to improve competence (both individual and team) you need to know what needs improvement. So you start with a list of required competencies for the team as a whole.
Competency requirements of teams are not simply yes or no. However you could imagine a skill level. In Management 3.0 we give those levels the three colors RED (apprentice), YELLOW (journeyman) and GREEN (master).
Then you put this together in a Team Competency Matrix.
