The PMGB Timeline Builder allows project teams to build a robust timeline for their project that is aligned to the project success criteria and stakeholder expectations in just 3 workshops.
It is used early in the planning of a project, just after a project has been initiated and before the team moves into implementation and task management.
By leveraging the collaborative knowledge of key stakeholders and the project team it makes the plan robust, achievable and increases accountability to achieving the plan.
