The Design Thinking Foundations Activity helps teams organize and refine ideas through a structured brainstorming process. First, participants move stickies from their brainstorm into a 2x2 matrix based on relevant categories (10 mins). The team then discusses patterns or insights that emerge (10 mins), followed by a vote to determine the direction(s) they want to pursue (5 mins). Finally, participants discuss the next steps to move forward with their selected ideas (5 mins).
