Transition Design Canvas

This canvas is designed to help you think about the current landscape of innovations that exist around the intervention points we previously identified. Here, we need to try and get an understanding of the landscape by looking at what already exists in terms of new innovations, what is missing, what needs to be supported, and what needs to be designed and developed anew.

This will create a concrete set of activities for us to come away with for designing and developing initiatives for addressing the leverage points.
