This workshop echoes the '5 Dysfunctions of a Team' book in workshop form. The exercise assumes/requires that the participants have taken the '5 Dysfunctions Survey' - which the results are used to populate the workshops scoring visual.

I recommend a 2-hour session. Feel free to use as a kit of parts.
