Problem Identification

It is a work board focused on introductory engineering students, through the use of the board it is possible to start observation in a particular context (selected by the teacher or by the student) to later identify different types of users/people who interact in it. the study context, then the user's journey is analyzed and what is the assessment of the experience in each of the stages, to finish declaring problems associated with the context and the users studied.
