Whether you are a team coach, a facilitator, a team leader, or an HR executive you can use this template to go through a planning process with the team.

It's better to use it when you are familiar with the current status of the team, you have already identified some challenges and areas for development. If you have not previously discussed it with the team you might need more time for the discovery part of the session.

How to work with the Team Development Roadmap?
