This template is designed for Sprint Review meetings with your team, helping you assess the progress of tasks planned at the beginning of the sprint.
Step 1. Divide all the results into four blocks:
Completely Failed: Tasks planned but not started.
Partially Done: Tasks planned but not completed, with some progress to share.
Completed: Tasks successfully executed.
Emotions: A retrospective element for sharing feelings. Follow the "What is said stays here" rule, ensuring a safe environment.
Step 2. Everyone takes turns reading their stickers. Each unfinished task must be addressed by answering two key questions:
