This template helps facilitators to quickly build a session with time blocks. This makes it easy to create the right session within the available time. It gives a visual overview of the session that is helpful while discussing the setup with your client or colleagues.

Instructions

All blocks are proportional. Start with laying the total time of the sessions (for example 2 hours). Make a subdivision of the session in big blocks (for example, 45 minutes ideation, 45 minutes clustering and insights, 30 minutes decision making. Now make another subdivison to further detail the session.
