This is an icebreaker for finding common ground for the participants. They will have conversation with 5 other people, exploring similarities and having fun outside of the work topics.

To facilitate this online, you will need to have the option to have breakout rooms, hopefully randomized for two people. Bigger groups will probably need more time.
