This Quarterly Business Review (QBR) template helps teams and leaders run structured, engaging, and outcome-focused quarterly reviews — not just readouts.

It combines a big-picture overview with scalable OKR review boxes, so teams can celebrate achievements, reflect on learnings, and align priorities for the next quarter.

Use this board to:

Review customer and business outcomes for the quarter
Capture learnings and insights on what helped and what hindered progress
Discuss risks and dependencies impacting delivery or outcomes
Define next quarter’s focus areas and actions
Recognise team contributions and celebrate wins
Dive deeper into each objective using dedicated OKR boxes (achievement, key results, qualitative results, what helped/hindered)

Each OKR box can be duplicated for multiple objectives, making the template scalable across teams, value streams, or business units. Facilitators can use voting, tagging, or emoji reactions to make the session interactive and energising.
