A Project mid-way evaluation is a reflection that enables you to identify whether adjustments need to be made for the team to work more effectively.

It realigns the team's focus on what's working well, what blockers there are and what opportunities there are for new processes to benefit the project. If you have a group larger than 10, split the group up into teams and run the workshop. Synthesize everyone's data as a group at the end of the session.
