Progressive Roadmap

Now that we have some features and have discussed and refined all of them, we need some way to prioritize them. We can do that by estimating certainty, alignment, technical effort, user, and business value.

Some uncertainty or disagreement is acceptable and can be resolved, but picking too much of it can block progress.

An efficient strategy for selecting features for first iterations is ensuring reasonable alignment while maximizing value and minimizing effort.

Depending on the number of features and available time, this activity can be done in groups or together.
