This template was created, tried and tested while I was working at Overleaf, and it's based on the book Continuous Product Discovery by Teresa Torres.

Who can use the Product Discovery Sprint template

Product Managers, UX Designers, Engineering Leads can use this template as a guide or starting point.

How to use the Product Discovery Sprint template

You will need to be already familiar with product discovery to use

this template. I recommend you at least get familiar with the core concepts of interviewing, creating opportunity maps, and running assumption tests first.

If you are ready to get started, make sure you get buy-in from your key stakeholders by agreeing on a clear business goal and defining a connected product goal.

You can follow the template to run a product discovery sprint over a week or as a guide to implement product discovery methods as an integrated process over a longer period of time.
