How to use the AI Accelerated PI Planning template

Define the Product Increment Scope. Begin by aligning all teams on the high-level business context. Clarify priorities, intended outcomes, and owners to establish a shared understanding of the goals. Agree on an estimation approach (e.g., story points) and the iteration cadence for the PI before breaking down the work.
Break down the work by team. Each team pulls their assigned features or epics into their dedicated area on the board. From there, they decompose the work into smaller user stories and tasks, sequencing them into specific iteration timelines while capturing team-level risks and assumptions.
