OBI Incubate - Week 5-9

In week 5 to 9, we go into the details of our idea. We split the team into two sub-teams and go down the user path to dig deeper into the solution - again interviewing and talking to real customers - and the business path, looking at the potential business model, competition and business opportunities in more detail.

So during these weeks we are developing a deep understanding of the solution, which we will then present to the board (or whoever is presented at the end).
