This template is a great way for Agile Teams to create or update their Definition of Ready. It can also be easily modified for a Definition of Done. Import your current DoR/DoD as stickies in the first column, or start from scratch.
The template is a bit more interactive than building a simple list with your team, but there is not a steep learning curve or lots of prep needed.
