This template is a visual journey for teams or individuals to grow their knowledge intentionally, using a forest metaphor grounded in the Shu–Ha–Ri model of learning.

Each topic starts as a seedling (Shu – just beginning), grows into a sapling (Ha – trying it out), and becomes a tree (Ri – confidently applied). From there, you may either compost ideas that no longer serve, or blossom into practices that define who you are.
