Leadership Brand

This Leadership Brand template was designed for participants of the Global Management Development Program with the Surbana Jurong Group.

The purpose of this tool is for program participants to explore and ultimately define how they wish to show up as leaders. After each module of the program, participants reflect on learnings and insights from the session and consider their leadership brand aspirations in light of these learnings - articulating any adjustments they will need to make to realize the desired change.

After the 12 modules of learning, the participants consolidated their reflections into a final, succinct brand and associated wildly important actions that they commit to, which will significantly move them towards realizing that aspiration.

The GMDP is aimed at early career people leaders.

In summary, this leadership brand discovery board is a tool to create a vision of desired leadership in terms of values, leadership legacy, and how an individual wants to show up and be known, coupled with defined actions to turn vision into reality.
