The Kanban board gives teams both the flexibility to track the flow of a project as well as to group aspects of a project into clear buckets of work. Color-coding sticky notes by team member gives a clear visualization of who is doing what and how much each team member has taken on at a given time. The wait column gives insight into where aspects of a project are stuck for problem-solving. The simple board below is for team retrospectives, using a basic reflection process to identify areas for improvement.
