Family 2025 Review + 2026 Visioning

This template is for families and couples to use at the transition from one year to the next. It includes two parts: A review of the previous year and visioning/planning for the next year. During the review, you can look back on the previous year, asking what happened and how you felt as individuals and as a family. For the visioning, you get to be creative (think big) and practical (stay grounded). It's intentionally simple with only three main activities for each year. Use this template as a way for the family to bond and make plans together. Enjoy!
