Use this template as a way to write out unspoken assumptions, beliefs, and principles, to gain clarity on how you operate in different contexts.

The board is most effectively used when it is built up gradually over time, and revisited every few weeks to ensure it reflects recent experiences.

Using the board

• Walk through every section - represented by a colored rectangle - one at a time.

• If the section heading and the initial prompts on stickies resonate with you, reflect on the provided prompts and add your thoughts. Use the examples in each section for inspiration.

• Modify section headings to suit your needs, or add new sections to represent other broad areas that aren't covered by the existing sections.

• Remember: Work on the board over a period of time instead of in one go. This should give you more time and space to reflect and add thoughtful notes answering the prompts.
