This canvas will help you design the program of activities you will do to develop an innovation ecosystem, to grow a network, or as part of growing an initiative for systems innovation.

An innovation ecosystem is a network through which a set of diverse actors interact to enable constant innovation outcomes in a given region or domain, or around a specific challenge. As ecosystem builders, we are running activities to allow the integration, learning, connecting, and co-creation among members so that they build capacity as a whole ecosystem for systems change.
