  • The main journey (centre of screen) outlines the typical stages for a Miro deployment:

    • Time frames

    • Key Moments of Truth (where value is delivered)

    • What has been done to get to that moment of truth

  • The idea is that the user of the template can customise and adjust as they see fit, but base it on a typical customer journey.
