The year is drawing to a close, and with it, the time for reflection and contemplation. Especially for teams in hybrid or fully virtual work environments, creating opportunities for social interaction and strengthening team spirit can be a challenge.

The focus isn't on the traditional retrospective, but rather on experiencing and spending time together.
