We're building a structured AI Project Brain — a knowledge base that gives any AI assistant the full context of your real project. Using Miro as a collaborative workspace and AI tools like Miro Sidekick, Claude, or ChatGPT, you'll move from scattered ideas to six formalized project documents, ready to inject into any LLM for contextualised, high-quality output.
Inspired by the concept of a "working memory" for AI-augmented project management, this template is part of the NOVA SBE Executive Education programme on AI in Project Management.

Boris Petrovitch Njegosh is a fractional Head of Product & AI, community builder, and Top 1% Miro specialist since 2018. He designs AI-augmented learning experiences at the intersection of product thinking, agile transformation, and executive education.
