It's a great guide to facilitating effective and engaging Retrospectives with teams. It contains lots of useful examples of activities you can do with your team, to help them inspect and adapt. It also gives some great best practices to follow, as well as examples of language you can use to get the most out of your team and get to a point where you have clearly defined and achievable actions, by the end of your retrospective.
