The Devil's Retrospective
About the Devil's Retrospective template
Everyone knows what a retrospective is. It's a ritual used by friendly developers in friendly teams, just after the friendly Scrum Master has brought every a nice ice cream and told everyone what friendly people they are.
Well...life is not always so friendly!
There are "special occasions" when a friendly approach just won't work. SOMEBODY screwed up. SOMEBODY was lazy. SOMEBODY dropped the ball.
This retrospective can be used for those "special occasions" when a slightly more direct approach might be the best way to proceed.
Who can use this Devil's Retrospective template?
This template can be used by any teams that want to do a brainstorming about their past performance.
How to use this Devil's Retrospective template

What this Devil's Retrospective helps you accomplish?
This retrospective is no joke but rather it is based on sound psychological principles. A bit of humor in a team can always help to diffuse a difficult situation - and humor is anyway good to maintain, even when the situations are not so difficult!
Tips and best practices
I've used this template from time to time, and usually what happens is that everyone puts their OWN name in the categories where they feel they have room for improvement.
