The Team Development Roadmap offers a comprehensive, 60 to 90-minute workshop template that helps teams to get some insights on their 1-year vision and what the team needs to do in order to get there.

When to use the Team Development Roadmap?

Whether you are a team coach, a facilitator, a team leader, or an HR executive you can use this template to go through a planning process with the team.

It's better to use it when you are familiar with the current status of the team, you have already identified some challenges and areas for development. If you have not previously discussed it with the team you might need more time for the discovery part of the session.

How to work with the Team Development Roadmap?

This template will guide you through 5 steps:

Identify challenges - 15 minutes (if you have not done any inquiry with the team before you might need more time to do that)
Describe a 1-year vision - 15 minutes (if you have not done any inquiry with the team before you might need more time to do that)
Brainstorm action steps - 15 minutes
Prioritize action steps on the timeline - 10 minutes
