Just a retro with a green twist...and gifs! Why have boring retros when you can have Shrek?

It is a very simple dashboard; you can customize the questions to better suit your team's needs.

When the voting time comes, I like to use Miro's voting feature and select that only the sticky notes can be voted on. Adjust the number of votes per user and time depending on the size of your team and the number of sticky notes with content.
