This template is designed to help your team align on roles and responsibilities. This tool has been adjusted from the traditional RACI to better meet the needs of a typical product development lifecycle project.

It is most useful during kick-off but can be used anytime to reset expectations that may have gone awry. It's super simple and gives an excellent visual representation of the various actor's proximity to a project.
