Rapid Ideation Template

The Rapid Ideation board can be used to help virtual teams to design and discuss multiple solutions for an identified challenge or problem statement.

Teams start by aligning around the problem or challenge they want to solve. Next they re-frame any thoughts and insights into "How might we?" challenge statements. A design thinking ideation technique called crazy eights is then used to allow each participant to sketch out and playback their solution ideas to the rest of the group. The best ideas can then be prioritised.
