Step 1. Add the features that are being prioritised

Step 2. Choose a score between 1 and 3 for each of the features for impact, certainty and effort

Step 3: Multiply the scores. The higher the score, the higher the priority. The scores are multiplied to make it easier to differentiate one option over another.
