Workshop: How to Develop a Product Vision

Introduction

Product Visions are a crucial part when developing a product. You will use it as the north star of your product and be able to prioritize every step that needs to be done against the product vision. Our workshop template will help you understand what aspects are important to product visions and how to formulate a perfect product vision statement. Copy this template, mentally walk through it, and schedule a meeting with your development team to prepare and plan the user interviews.

Procedure

1. Introduce yourself to the board using the "Start Here" Frame

2. Check out the Theory Board to gain knowledge on Product Visions and why they are important (Optional)

3. Walk through the example to understand the process

4. Apply the process to your own features by using the templates (Modules)
