The Valentine's Day Retro 💕
What would our sprint look like as a flower bouquet?
As a Check -In the Teammembers will put together and design the ultimate flower bouguet, fitting to their sprint experience.
During Generate Insights, we use a variation of "Rose. Bud. Thorn." to stay fully in the flower theme.
Afterwards we can collect Action Items and as a check-out we are evaluating our overall happiness by deciding on which cloud we are currently floating. Is it cloud 9 or more cloud 5?
After this Retro you will be fluent in the language of flowers!
Important:
The team members should be familiar with Miro and layers (Bring to Front/Send to Back) to be able to design the bouquets without any problems
