A process to help you find out what motivates your team members in your 1:1s

How it works: 

• Ask your team member to prioritize them, and add their own. (horizontal scale) 

• Ask them to rate how well their role is living up to them. (vertical scale) 

• Do this with your whole team, look for patterns and focus on high impact (bottom right box)  

• Brainstorm ideas to improve the focus areas 

• Pick 2-3 initiatives to act on before next 1:1s
